This is the Long Table version: you arrive, we welcome you properly, we cook together (in a fun, structured way), then we sit down and brunch like champions.

It’s hands-on, family-friendly, and quietly impressive — without turning your Easter into a logistical operation.

WHAT YOU’LL COOK 

Two brunch classics that always impress — and are genuinely doable once you know the method.

1) Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

  • Perfect poached eggs (no stress, no swirling disasters)

  • Silky hollandaise (the foolproof way demonstration)

  • Toasted English muffins

  • Smoked salmon + fresh herbs + lemon

2) French Toast (proper French style)

  • Golden outside, soft brioche inside

  • Vanilla + cinnamon warmth

  • Finish it like a pro (berries, dusting, drizzle — you choose)
