- Stuffing & Bread Crumbing: Perfect the technique of stuffing chicken breasts with ham and cheese, and achieve a crispy, golden crust for a flawless Chicken Cordon Bleu.

- Vinaigrette Preparation: Learn to make a classic French vinaigrette for a perfectly dressed green salad.

- Sautéing: Whip up a creamy mushroom sauce that adds a rich finish to your dish.

- Whipping: Craft a decadent chocolate mousse, light and airy, for an elegant dessert.

Starter: Salmon Rillettes

A smooth, flavourful spread of poached and smoked salmon, mixed with fresh herbs and served with toasted baguette slices—an irresistible French bistro classic.

Main Course: Chicken Cordon Bleu

Crispy breaded chicken stuffed with prosciutto ham and melted cheese, accompanied by:

- Green Salad tossed with a classic French vinaigrette.

- Fluffy Rice to balance the richness of the main course.

- Creamy Mushroom Sauce for a rich and flavourful finish.
