This week is about building confidence with simple baking and oven cooking — no stress, no complicated techniques.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Make a soft, versatile flatbread from scratch

  • Understand basic dough handling and resting

  • Use the oven to bring out flavour and texture in vegetables

  • Balance fresh, creamy, and roasted elements on a plate

  • Turn bread-based leftovers into completely new meals

This is baking you’ll actually use in everyday life.

What you’ll cook

We focus on warm, shareable, Mediterranean-style food:

  • Warm Homemade Flatbread with Roast Veg & Herby Yoghurt
    Soft bread, caramelised vegetables, and fresh flavours

Then we turn leftovers into next-day dishes:

  • Rustic Panzanella Bread Salad

  • Anytime Breakfast Muffins (Sweet)

You’ll see how baking once can stretch into breakfasts, lunches, and easy meals later on.
