What you’ll cook

We focus on technique through dishes that are simple, fresh, and full of flavour:

  • Golden Pan-Fried Fish (or Chicken) with Lemon-Caper Butter
    Crisp, tender, and balanced with bright flavours

Then we turn leftovers into easy next-day meals:

  • Zesty Fish or Chicken Tacos with Crunchy Slaw

  • Power Grain Bowl with Protein & Roast Veg

You’ll see how one beautifully cooked protein can become multiple meals with very little extra effort.
