Join us at Roving Larder Cooking School in Manly for a beautiful, hands-on Cook & Brunch experience where you cook together, laugh together, and then sit down to a generous long-table brunch without anyone having to shop, prep, plate, host or clean up.

You’ll arrive to welcome drinks, step into the kitchen for a fun chef-led cooking session, then gather around a beautifully set table to enjoy everything you’ve made — plus all the extra brunch goodness that makes the morning feel abundant and special.

Cook & Brunch is designed for families, friends, couples and small groups who want to do something together — not just sit opposite each other in a crowded café hoping the eggs arrive before everyone gets cranky.

You’ll be guided step by step by our chef, with all ingredients, equipment and aprons provided.

Then we sit down properly.

Together, we’ll make two beautiful brunch classics that feel indulgent, celebratory and completely worth leaving the house for.

Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

You’ll learn how to create a brunch favourite without the usual kitchen panic:

  • perfectly poached eggs

  • silky hollandaise

  • toasted English muffins

  • smoked salmon

  • fresh herbs and lemon

Elegant, delicious, and the kind of dish that makes everyone go quiet for the first bite.

Brioche French Toast

Golden on the outside, soft and custardy in the middle, made with beautiful brioche and finished with all the lovely bits:

  • vanilla and cinnamon warmth

  • golden brioche edges

  • soft, rich centre

  • berries

  • dusting, drizzle and pretty plating touches

Some Techniques You’ll Cover

This is relaxed and fun, but you’ll still leave with genuinely useful brunch skills:
